It's my absolute favorite and something I order every single time. The sauce is rich and flavorful, the meat is tender especially the “tuwalya”, and the blend of flavors is simply spot on just like how my lola used to make it. What makes the experience even better is the excellent service. The staff are well-trained and consistently warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Lito, who often takes care of us when we dine. He’s incredibly attentive, polite, and always seems to know what we need even before we ask whether it's a toothpick or an extra napkin. The rest of the team shares the same hospitable vibe, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
